Weiss sells full stake to Edwin “Eddie” Luttrell, who was affiliated with the Eavey Company, a wholesale grocer in Xenia.

Edwin “Eddie” Luttrell buys partial stake in Weiss & Wead’s.

Weiss & Wead’s.

Hugh Birch operates store until sold
to P.W. Weiss and R.O. Wead (then
Yellow Springs schools superintendent). Weiss buys out Wead a few years later.

The market formerly known as Bunyan & Co.

John Milligan Birch operates store,
